Dear WESTFIELD HS PTSA Community, Families and Staff,
The WESTFIELD HS PTSA is having a fundraiser at Jersey Mike's on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21ST. Please help support us during this time of odd circumstances. You will need to order online, by phone, OR in the store with pick up only/carry out - no in store eating due to COVID19. You can order online the day of or even the day before the fundraiser and give them your pick-up time and date of pick up. (There is a contactless table for pick up.) If you call the order in, make sure to let them know it’s for the “WESTFIELD PTSA fundraiser”. You may also use the APP and even have it delivered thru the APP. Just make sure when using the APP to put “WESTFIELD PTSA FUNDRAISER” IN THE NOTES.
The fundraiser runs all day on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21ST from 10am-9pm- so take a break from cooking dinner or go for lunch. Our last one was a great success thanks to all of you, so let’s keep the momentum going! You all ROCK!

1) Go to CHANTILLY Jersey Mike's website: https://www.jerseymikes.com/6029/chanlly-va
2) Order on Wednesday April 21st.
3) In the Checkout Section of your order:
- Please put PICK UP DATE/TIME AND YOUR NAME
- Under ‘Notes’ please put “WESTFIELD PTSA FUNDRAISER”
- CONSIDER BUYING GIFT CARDS-WE GET CREDIT FOR THOSE AS WELL. THEY MAKE GREAT TEACHER/COACHES GIFTS! GREAT FOR BIRTHDAYS TOO!
