Grant Applications Open!
The Foundation for FCPS is pleased to announce the third round of discretionary grants aimed at supporting teachers in the classroom. Grants range from $1,000 - $1,500 to address the unique challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic. Grants will be given for classroom initiatives related to continuity of learning, literacy and math skills recovery or social-emotional learning.
The grant cycle closes April 23, and grants will be funded for the 2021-22 school year.

FCPS Honors 2021
The FCPS Honors is a cornerstone of the Foundation for FCPS's work to highlight extraordinary employees throughout Fairfax County Public Schools. In June, 2021, 550 deserving FCPS employees will be recognized, culminating in 12 winners of the prestigious awards.

"Collect for Kids" is going strong!
Students in need will require fresh school supplies to "Return Strong" in the fall. Your contribution to the Collect for Kids campaign will purchase pre-made, grade-level appropriate school supply kits for students. A donation of $50 will provide 5 FCPS students with supplies to help them succeed in school.

- Gap needs for disadvantaged students, e.g. backpacks, supplies, gift cards

- Retention and recognition of stellar educators
