Our Friend, Mary Wright

Dear Aldrin Community,

It is with a heavy heart that I reach out to share some sad news we recently found out.  Mary Wright, our darling and much-loved SACC Supervisor until she retired from Aldrin following the 2013-2014 school year, died on December 31, 2020. 

For many years, Mary strongly supported her SACC students in every way; they loved her, and she loved them; they all loved participating in her SACC Variety Show that she coordinated and hosted in May annually.  As an art teacher, day care provider, and SACC Supervisor, Mary loved all her kids unconditionally. She lived her life demonstrating that “It is better to give than it is to receive.”
