  • Each student needs to have two items completed to be eligible to try-out. Valid VHSL physical on the February 2017 form dated May 1, 2020 or after. If the athlete still needs to turn in the their physical, they should bring it on their first day and give it to the athletic trainer (wrestling, gymnastics, track & field) and give it to their coach (swim & dive).

  • To check your status, create/sign into your account https://tjhsst-ar.rschooltoday.com/ If your Incomplete Registration Tab is GRAY then you are COMPLETE. You should click on the IMPORTANT DATES and see your physical date there.
  • Coaches will have access to a compliance report with everyone that has completed all three items. Students that are not compliant will be sent to the athletic trainer to check eligibility. Students without required items will be sent home.
  • Once athletes make the team, they will need to complete the Parent/Guardian Health Screening Commitment Form in either SI
