We have rescheduled two picture days with Lifetouch. The pictures will be used for our 2020-2021 Yearbook and you will also have the opportunity to order picture packages.  Our picture days are:

Monday, February 22nd from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. 

Tuesday February 23rd from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. 

  • Please make sure you pick the correct date when signing up.  Picture days will be by appointment only.  You may sign up here.  Please include your child’s first and last name.
  • Prior to coming to school please review the Health Screening Questions located here.  If you answer yes to any of the questions please do not come to school. 
  • Please make sure you arrive on time, as pictures will be taken in the SACC Room every 2 minutes.  Please drive up to the main entrance of the school in the bus lane.  Your child will be escorted into the SACC Room to have their picture taken and will then be escorted  back to the car.  Please stay in your car until your child is finished and please make sure your child is wearing a mask.  Only students will be allowed to come into the building.  Photo package details are located here and you may preorder pictures using the Oak Hill Picture Day ID code EVTVTZR76 at the Lifetouch websiteIf you want to purchase pictures, picture packets must be purchased prior to picture day.

Please note that there will not be a retake day.

If you do not wish to bring your child to the school for a yearbook picture, you may submit a photo to oakhillyearbook21@gmail.com using the following guidelines.

  • Take a picture of your child with a solid color background (recommended grey or dark blue).
  • The photo should be from the waist up.
  • Photo should be in a jpeg format.
  • Photo should be vertical.
  • Send picture as ”Actual Size”.

In the subject of the email, write student’s full name as it should appear in the yearbook, grade, and teacher’s name.  For example: Barbie Jackson grade 3 Mrs. Wagner.
