There are widespread internet outages being reported in the Northern Virginia area that may be affecting internet access at home. This is not related to a single FCPS tool or a single service provider, though Blackboard Collaborate is currently performing slowest. Generally these issues are resolved quickly -  please check with your internet service provider if you continue to have connectivity issues for an extended amount of time.
