 Good Afternoon Stone Parents and Families~
We have reached the half-way point of the school year. I want to thank you for your continued support and partnership. As we did at the end of the first quarter, we want to check-in with our families. If you could please respond to this brief 2nd quarter survey, I would really appreciate it. The information we gather allows us to know what’s working well and additional adjustments needed as we continue the second half of the year.
As mentioned in last week’s message, we will continue to utilize our Stone Middle School Website as our primary means of communication. As we prepare for some students to return to school for in-person learning, as well as gear up for the start of the 2021-2022 school year, there is a lot of information to be shared. To that end, we would like to provide a preview of the next few weeks.
Since it was a short week, our Portrait of a Panther recognition will resume next week. It was so wonderful to see so many of our students who are in our music program this week. If your student was unable to pick up their t-shirt, there will be another opportunity when we do a 2nd semester supply pick-up on February 8th.

National School Counseling Week – February 1 – 5, 2021
National School Counseling Week 2021 (#NSCW21), "School Counselors: All In for All Students," will be celebrated from Feb. 1-5, 2021, to focus public attention on the unique contribution of school counselors within U.S. school systems.
We ask that you please send a note or email of appreciation to your child’s school counselor in the upcoming weeks to help us celebrate our amazing Stone Counseling team!
