Return to School

Dear Aldrin Community,

I’m excited to share with you that we have a Return to School schedule that  Dr. Brabrand presented to the School Board last night.  It looks very promising.  Many of our staff members signed up and have received their first dose of the COVID vaccine as you may have seen on our Aldrin Twitter account.   We are so thankful to have gotten our staff in for vaccines early in the plan so we can open schools with the safety of our staff as a top priority.   I do want you to know that, even with the vaccine, we will still adhere to all of the CDC and Fairfax Health Department guidelines.   The most important thing you can do is to have your child begin to wear a mask for a large portion of the day so masks become part of their school accessories.     Our school will be utilizing all of the mitigation strategies as outlined in many of the communications being sent out to you regularly.
