January 25 is a Student Holiday
Monday, January 25, is a teacher work day and a holiday for students. There will be NO school for students and NO Grab and Go meal distribution.

Tuesday, January 26: Last day for DAILY meal distribution
Wednesday, January 27: we will begin our once a week, 7 day bulk weekly distribution

Kindergarten Registration for 2021-2022 is Open!
Don't wait! Tell your neighbors and friends, too! A child may enter kindergarten for this coming school year if he or she turns five on or before September 30, 2021.

HES Monday Mingle Clubs Registration Open
The second round of Monday Mingle Clubs have over 13 free club offerings by Herndon Specialists! Our focus this quarter will be to grow as critical and creative thinkers by using the arts to express our personal feelings, thoughts and ideas. These free clubs will last for 6 weeks and end right before Spring Break. Sign up today! Registration ends on Wednesday 1/27 at 5:00pm! A big thank you to the PTA for providing supplies and support for these clubs.

Jive in the Hive Donating Opens Monday, January 25
Our goal is to raise $5,000 for student activities and school programs such as special virtual events for our students and their families, virtual field trip sponsorship, donations to the weekend snack pack program, teacher grants, and many others.
