Did You Know… Harvard Health Publishing writes, “So how can you ensure that your determination to get healthier in 2021 sticks around past Valentine's Day? By creating new habits. Creating new habits takes time and energy. A new behavior won't become automatic overnight, but you may enjoy some of its benefits fairly quickly.” Here are 7 tips to help make your New Year’s resolution stick.

Monday, January 11 is a Staff Planning Day. No student interventions will be held. All instruction will be asynchronous (independent) with work assigned by teachers. Teachers will use this time to prepare for the return of additional groups of students to in-person instruction in the weeks ahead.
