Dear Shrevewood Families,

We hope this message finds you and your family healthy and safe. There was a School Board work session yesterday. Here is the link for the slide deck presentation from the School Board meeting last night for you to reference. We wanted to highlight a couple of important points for you. A plan was shared to bring students cohort groups by grade level back into the building beginning in mid January. Once student cohorts begin returning, our bell schedule will change. Our most likely adjusted bell schedule would be 10:05pm-4:50pm. Again, our bell schedule will only change when student cohorts begin returning to the building. Please be on the lookout for information over the next several weeks and opportunities to attend Q&A sessions with both of us.

This year certainly has had its share of plan changes. As we know, change is the only constant. And, we also know that change and uncertainty can cause frustration and anxiety. Our hope is to welcome students back into the building soon after the New Year. Regardless of the plan, our staff continues to be committed to providing an outstanding learning experience for your children and a sense of community and belonging. We are in this together and will continue to keep you informed along the way.

Remember at Shrevewood we are about Family, Excellence and Relationships.

Stay safe, healthy, and have a great weekend!

Joshua DeSmyter

Principal
