November 25-27: Thanksgiving Break-No School
|
Enjoy your time with family and friends this week. In the spirit of being thankful, we encourage you to email a teacher or school employee to express your gratitude. A recent survey of data showed that our teachers have made 2,703 recorded contacts (phone or email) to families since distance learning began last spring. I am confident there are many more that have not been recorded as this was a new procedure this past spring. Additionally, Hallmark is offering free cards you can use to send a note of thanks in the mail.
As a reminder, to burn off the holiday calories, don’t forget to participate on your own schedule in our Turkey Trot. This is great family activity, and we value participation over speed!
“See” you all back online in December, when our classes resume on December 1st. We are almost on the final leg of 2020! Speaking of legs, can someone please pass me the turkey leg?
Happy Turkey Day!
