PTES Celebrates our Veterans
Each year Poplar Tree celebrates our Veterans and we want to continue the tradition this year. While we will not be able to hold our in-person celebration, we will celebrate virtually!

To honor our students’ military family members who have been or who are currently deployed overseas or serving in the military, we will be putting together a photo slideshow. If you have someone in your family that you would like to be a part of this, please complete THIS FORM with the Veteran's information, student(s) information, and a photo. You will have to have a Google account to share your photo on this form, so if you do not have one, you can send the photo via email to Leslie Leisey at lfleisey@fcps.edu.
🗣️ Guest Speaker Videos
We usually have some wonderful guest speakers join us and the students love hearing about the experiences of our military family members! If you are currently serving or have served in the military, we would love to be inspired by you! If you would like to be a guest speaker, please create a video for us! 👉 Please know that all of this will be shared in our classes on Veteran's Day, and also sent to the Poplar Tree community via a News You Choose Message that morning, so they will be available to the public.
