Frost MS Town Hall October 26 at 6:30pm

Good afternoon Frost MS families,

You may have heard recently that FCPS is currently planning to bring middle school students back to in-person instruction in some shape or form tentatively, February 2021. This plan hinges on health conditions, CDC metrics, and FCPS Operational Metrics. This is part of the overall phase-in plan that has students coming back to in-person instruction in cohorts over the next month or so. Frost MS will welcome a few students back into the building next week!

There have been multiple school board meetings and news stories concerning the phase-in plan over the past couple of weeks, ramping up these past few days. In preparation for the potential phase-in process all schools will be sending out communication soon asking families to confirm their choice made in the summer to have your child participate virtually or in-person.  Frost MS will send the letter out to our families at the end of this week.  Please respond as outlined in the letter.

In anticipation of potential questions that may arise after families receive the communication and in an effort to provide as much information known at this time to the Frost MS community, I have scheduled a town hall meeting for Monday, October 26, 2020 at 6:30 pm. I apologize in advance for the short notice.

The town hall will be recorded, and the presentation will be shared for families that are not able to make it that night. If you have questions that you’d like to have answered, please submit them here:
