Technology Interruptions and Outages

Thank you for your patience this week as we experienced a multi-division Schoology outage on Wednesday morning.  Teachers and students handled this with grace and were back in class by the afternoon!

  • In the event that students are unable to log in to Schoology, teachers will email next steps and assignments to students at their fcpsschools email account.
  • If Schoology is operational and the outage impacts Blackboard Collaborate or Google Meet, teachers will post a message in Schoology or email students at their fcpsschools email account.

If your student experiences problems with their technology, please visit the FCPS Technology Support for Families page for videos, help guides and links to request support by both phone and email.
