Hello.Haycock....9.26.20

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Starting September 28th Dr. Liz Beaty will be taking over the role and responsibilities as Haycock Principal. I am confident that Dr. Liz Beaty will continue the high level of engagement and achievement at Haycock and lead the school to new heights. She is a consummate professional and a strong leader. Haycock is the perfect fit for her skills and talents. Liz, along with Heather Boyd and Dana Chen, the two assistant principals, will complement one another to make a dynamic team.

I wanted to reach out to you to express my gratitude. Over the past two years I have had the privilege of working with a staff that aspires to provide the finest education for the Haycock students. Their professionalism and dedication are amazing.

In addition, this community of parents has been incredibly supportive and are strong advocates for their children’s education. Even through this pandemic and distance learning, the students at Haycock never cease to amaze me and brought a smile to my face each day. With them I have celebrated, laughed, and learned. Please know that each student has impacted me in a special way that I will never forget.

I have enjoyed my time at Haycock. I will cherish the memories that I have encountered at this wonderful school.

Sincerely,

Augie Frattali

How To Get A Library Card And Sign Up For RBdigital ebooks

Good news! The public library is open and you can go there to borrow books.

The LEAP pass provides a great opportunity for every student to borrow books. It starts on October 1st.  FCPS students can use their name to check out books. Ask a library staff member for help.  (However, if you sign up to get a regular library card, you can check out even more books!)
