 PHASE 3 RETURN TO ACTIVITY PLAN
Greetings Parents and Class of 2024
As a follow-up to the information sent out by the Office of Student Activities last week about the Phase III Return to Activity Plan. Many of you have reached out about sports programs and TJ. If you are interested in playing a sport at TJ or want to learn more about the Return to Activity Plan in Phase 3 please don't hesitate to contact any of our coaches. They will be more than happy to provide you with any information you may need about their individual sports programs. The Activities Office is also available to answer any additional questions you may have about our Athletic and Activities programs.

As a Reminder all athletes must submit a valid VHSL Physical in order to participate in Phase 3 Activities scheduled to begin in September
All forms must be new for 2020-2021 school year. For Phase III workouts, physicals must be dated after May 1, 2020, and students must have a new Emergency Care form completed and turned in to the athletic trainers. All new concussion education must also be completed and turned in prior to tryouts (not needed for Phase 3). All these forms are on the website under FORMS, Physical Examination Form.pdf
If you haven’t turn in your forms yet, you can bring them to your first day of Phase 3 workouts or MAIL all completed forms to Heather Murphy at TJ. Please DO NOT EMAIL FORMS.
