Happy Last Friday of Summer!
Thank you to all of our families who are supporting our students during virtual learning. We are very aware of how important our partnership with you will be in the coming weeks to make sure all students are engaging fully in their learning. Communication is key. If your child is in need of support or they have concerns, please encourage them to reach out to their teacher to discuss. As much as you are able, please check in with your child throughout the instructional day, especially on Mondays when they are working asynchronously, to make sure they are fully participating in their classes and completing their assignments.
We are really excited to start the year, it was really nice to connect this week during the orientations. No matter what, we are all in this journey together, we are stronger together, and we will achieve together. Thank you again and have a wonderful weekend. See you Tuesday!

- If your student will be unable to attend any of their synchronous class sessions you must notify the Attendance Office at 703-718-2528 or by submitting the online form. Please include the following:
- your name
- student’s name
- student’s ID number
- reason for the absence
- date(s) and period(s) of absence
