Hello Shrevewood Families,
Great news! Some of the additional instructional school supplies that we ordered arrived early. We are excited that we are able to get these supplies out to our families before the first day of school September 8.
Shrevewood is now offering Tuesday (9/1) through Thursday (9/3) from 9am-3pm for families to pick up these supplies for all Shrevewood students.
Important Update: These are additional instructional supplies (art instructional supplies, Math manipulatives, whiteboards, notebooks, 100 charts and more) for all students Kindergarten-Sixth Grade. Even if you already bought some supplies to get started.
Directions for supply pickup:
- Pull in through the Kiss and Ride Line.
- Stay in your car.
- Please have a sign with the your child's grade level in the window
- Open the trunk of your car or the window and staff member will give you the supplies.
Directions for Sprout supply pickup:
- Pull in through bus loop and park in the front of the building.
- Come to the front door with a mask on and ring the bell and say your child's name.
- A staff member will give you your child's Sprout supplies.
Last week, each family should have received a personal phone call from your child's teacher introducing themselves and scheduling a 20-30 minute virtual orientation for your family this week. If you did not get a call or an email from your child's teacher, please reach out to the front office at 703-645-6600.
These individual family orientations are designed for you to connect with your child's teacher and to have a clear understanding of what you child's virtual education will look like for 2020-2021 school year.
