PTO Volunteer Opportunities - Monday August 31

Typically the PTO will send out an email specifically dedicated to our upcoming volunteer needs on Mondays. We'll provide more detailed information about our upcoming volunteer opportunities and how you can sign up and help out. Our volunteer needs may look a little different this year.

We are a volunteer based organization and we can't do it without you!

Upcoming PTO Volunteer Needs

Please Note -

Due to COVID-19 procedures we are asking for adult volunteers only.

Volunteers will need to please check in at the main office and complete a health questionnaire, they will then be directed to the volunteer stations.

Volunteers will need to wear a mask at all times and maintain social distancing while in the building and at volunteer stations. Volunteers may want to consider wearing gloves as well. Volunteer stations will be set up to accommodate for social distancing.

Tuesday Folder Assembly - Monday August 31 and Tuesday September 1st from 10am - 12pm - we are looking for volunteers to help assemble the first Tuesday packets of the school year. Tuesday folders are typically sent home every Tuesday throughout the school year (this will look a little different this year, more information forthcoming), they contain information from the school and community. The first Tuesday packet of the year contains lots of information, we help the school to get these assembled ahead of the start of school. Backpack Assembly - Monday August 31st and Tuesday September 1st from 1pm - 3pm, we are looking for volunteers to help assemble donated backpacks and supplies. Click for more information or to sign up to help assemble backpacks.
