Dear Terraset Tiger Families,
As we begin the 2020/2021 school year, we are all in this together and are committed to navigating this new school year with the guidance of our amazing Terraset Administration and Staff. Even though we are beginning our school year differently, as an extension of Terraset Elementary, your Terraset PTO is strongly committed to keeping our community Tiger Strong. The incoming PTO Board has met with the Terraset Administration and we have begun planning our PTO calendar with fun ways to stay connected all year long while in our current environment. Some of those Tiger activities are: Virtual Clubs, Virtual Assemblies, Virtual Field Trips, Tiger Book Drive, Hospitality, Partnership with A-Z Directory for our School Directory, Virtual Bingo Night, Drive-in Movie Night and much more.

Terraset Tiger Book Drive
We’re collecting gently used books for preK-6th graders who are in need of books in their homes. Today is the last day to drop off books in the bin outside the lower front doors. The books will be "quarantined" for a bit and then distributed to those who need them. Parents may request books using our Online Book Request form or by calling the main office. Thank you for your donations!

Kindergarten Meet & Greet
Join the PTO and Terraset Kindergarten Teachers for a virtual meet and greet for our rising Kindergarten students and parents. Come learn about the PTO and meet your future classmates and our wonderful Kindergarten teachers.
Please be on the look out for an email from Terraset Elementary with the virtual meeting details. We will meet today Wednesday August 19 and then again on Wednesday August 26 from 5:00pm - 5:30pm.
We look forward to welcoming you to Terraset Elementary!
Adopt A Tiger Today!
Bring a bit of Terraset home for the start of the school year by adopting a Terraset Tiger! Our Adopt a Tiger fundraiser will help support our amazing Terraset teachers as we begin the new school year.
Our goal is to supply each of our teachers with a new document camera to enable them to get valuable classroom resources to our students during virtual learning. The cameras will be useful tools in the classrooms in the future as well, so this is an investment the PTO is very excited to make with your help!
Each camera costs roughly $100, so every tiger adopted will help us get closer to our goal. Plus all adoptions come with a thank you gift that will bring extra Tiger Spirit into your house.
Lend your support by choosing one of the adoption levels below. You may also make additional financial contributions on the website if you'd like. Adoptions are only available through August 28th so don't delay! Thank you gifts will be available in mid-September.

Virtual Kindergarten Orientation- Wednesday, September 2 from 10-11:00 a.m.
Virtual Open House Grades 1-6- Thursday, September 3 from 3-4:00 p.m.
All sessions will be recorded and made available for those unable to attend.
Upcoming PTO Volunteer Needs
