Borrowed Laptop Collection & School Item Return

We will be holding another laptop and school item Collection Day on August 18 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. If you have a laptop, library books, textbooks, or any other school items, please plan to return them on Tuesday, August 18.

A few reminders regarding borrowed laptops from the Spring 2020 semester:

  • Rising 9th grade students must turn in borrowed laptops to Irving MS in order to receive a new laptop from West Springfield HS.

  • 8th grade students must turn in borrowed laptops to receive a new FCPSOn laptop from Irving MS

It is very important that we receive these devices as soon as possible so we can deliver them to our feeder elementary schools, as they make plans to distribute devices to their students. Please review the information below regarding laptop return.

Procedure for Returning Laptops Borrowed during Spring 2020

  • Remove all personal stickers and decals

  • Make sure the BARCODE remains on the device

  • Write Student ID Number on a post-it and attach it to your laptop

Please contact: Steve Snow (smsnow@fcps.edu) if you are unable to return a borrowed laptop on August 18 from 11:00-2:00.
