Important Technology Message to Parents of Rising 6th Graders
RETURN OF 5TH GRADE LAPTOPS
Thank you to all the parents who have returned the laptops that their students used last year for 5th grade. For those parents who have not yet returned the laptop, please return it to the school office between the hours of 9:00 and 3:00 as soon as you can. If your child’s 5th grade laptop is not returned, we cannot prepare the (brand) new one for them. Because of the volume of laptops we are preparing, there is a turnaround time of a few days.
DISTRIBUTION OF NEW 6TH GRADE LAPTOPS
We have had only about 30 of you sign up to pick up the new laptop for your child. Because of COVID restrictions, this must be done by reservation. There will not be any drop-ins.
Due to the strict limitations on the number of people we can have in the building, please limit this visit to one parent and the child. You will be coming into the cafeteria and following the social distancing guidelines there. Don’t forget your masks! You may also want to bring your own pen!
