If you will need a laptop for your child, please contact Ms. Jenny Lim. Once we know you need a laptop, then someone from our front office will call you to schedule an appointment.
The BMP PTA is seeking a volunteer to support this school year as treasurer. The treasure is responsible for tracking income from fundraisers as well as PTA expenses, which traditionally include supports that our provided to our school in ways that support all students. All students will start the school year online and the first day of the school year is Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
The school day is from 9:15 am - 4:00 pm. Schedules will include lunch, physical activity/screen break times, specials, and independent work time. Class schedules will be shared by teachers.
Help your child get ready for the virtual start of the school year, by identifying a location in your home that will help him or her be successful. Find a place that:
- Is quiet and has limited distractions (away from toys)
- Is comfortable for sitting at the computer
- Has instructional materials easy-to-find and ready-to-use
- pencils and paper
- crayons and colored pencils
- computer charger plugged in to the wall
- headphones with a microphone
- waterbottle
- the daily school schedule printed and posted near the computer

How to access FCPS 24-7 Learning
Are you wanting to donate school supplies for students in need? The Foundation for FCPS is raising funds to purchase school supply kits that will be provided to the nearly 60,000 students who may not be able to afford to purchase their own. A $50 contribution to Collect for Kids will provide school supplies for 5 students.
