Hello Shrevewood Family,
I wanted to let you know that I am back from a much needed vacation with my family. I know that many of you are still deciding what instructional option is best for your children. Our current data is showing that we have 236 families that have chosen the in-person option and 170 families that have chosen the virtual option for the 2020-2021 school year.
I am here to continue to answer questions and bring clarification as much as possible about the Fall. Our team in the front office is working hard to answer questions as well to help our community with the options. If you have questions about selecting an option, please call the front office at 703-645-6600 or leave a message and they will call you back.
A brief reminder that next Wednesday, July 15, is the due date to submit your student enrollment form for the coming school year. Submit Enrollment Option
FCPS has produced two videos which we hope will help you complete the enrollment process.
The first video explains step by step how to complete the enrollment form.
The second video provides a brief overview of what school will look like when in-person and virtual classes resume.

This Thursday from 5pm-6pm, we are hosting our first virtual Kindergarten information session for our incoming Kindergarten families. While we do not have all the information for the return to school plan finalized, this information session will be a wonderful opportunity for our Kindergarten families to meet and greet the Kindergarten teachers at our school. We look forward to seeing our Kindergarten families this Thursday!

As decisions are being made regarding the Fall, it is vital we have all kindergartners and new students registered. Important information will be emailed/mailed to parents of registered students and fall schedules will be determined based on the specific students in each class. If you, a neighbor, or friend have a child to register for Shrevewood ES, please start here!
