Dr. Brabrand to Host Staff Town Hall on Friday; Return to School Deadline Extended
Superintendent Brabrand will host a Staff Town Hall on Friday, July 10, from 2-3:30 p.m. He will be joined by health officials (invited) and other FCPS leaders to answer your questions about returning to school. The Town Hall will be available on FCPS Cable TV Channel 99 and will also be livestreamed on the FCPS website. Send questions before or during the forum to ReturntoSchool@fcps.edu, or call 1-800-231-6359 during the forum.
At last night's Town Hall, Dr. Brabrand announced that the deadline for Return to School decisions for teachers and families has been extended until Wednesday, July 15. If you were unable to watch, you can view it on our YouTube channel or on our Return to School webpage (scroll down to "Timeline").

2021-22 School Year Calendar Survey Closes July 10
We realize that many of you are understandably focused on Return to School information. If you haven't had a chance to take the 2021-22 School Year Calendar Survey yet, we would greatly appreciate it if you could by Friday, July 10. All employees were sent an email from FCPS Survey with a link to the calendar survey. Parents and families have also been invited to take a similar survey. Results will be used to inform and support FCPS staff and the School Board during their efforts to adopt the 2021-22 School Year Calendar. All responses are confidential.
