Greetings Parents and TJ Athletes
OrthoVirginia is volunteering their services to provide free athletic physical exams for FCPS high school student-athletes. OrthoVirginia will provide a copy of the completed exam form to your school and will retain a copy for their records. This opportunity is optional and FCPS families may choose to have their child’s athletic physical completed by the medical provider of their choice. Students receiving an athletic physical from OrthoVirginia will need to wear a cloth face covering and complete a preappointment screening (questionnaire + temperature check).
Athletic physicals will be offered at two OrthoVirginia offices in July:
• Tuesday, July 7, 9:00am-4:00pm at OrthoVirginia Tysons (8320 Old Courthouse Road, Vienna)
• Wednesday, July 8, 5:00-8:00pm at OrthoVirginia Alexandria (2805 Duke Street, Alexandria)
Students will need to bring a signed VHSL Pre-participation Examination Form to their exam. Forms are available here: https://www.fcps.edu/activities/student-athletics
