Thanks to the Community for Supporting "Access for All"!

The Foundation's"Access for All" fund has raised over $350,000 to date. The funds have been used around the district to:

- purchase and deliver 35,000 school supply kits directly to students who qualify for free and reduced meals

- purchase mobile wifi connections so students can access the internet and participate in virtual classroom activities

- provide over $8,000 in grocery gift cards for homeless or unaccompanied youth

- provide over 7,000 free adult meals at the FCPS Grab & Go sites.

- assist local food banks with funds to purchase food to be distributed to FCPS families

The response to "Access for All" has been heart-warming and gratifying. Thank you. The need is on-going and your continued support is much appreciated.

Funds raised at the Foundation will help to provide ACCESS for the nearly 60,000 students who live in poverty. These students need access to technology, school supplies, and connectivity, as well as nutrition.

Thank you.

Collect for Kids is Underway!

The Collect for Kids school supply effort has gone virtual this summers. We are collecting funds to purchase school supply kits for the 60,000+ students who may not be able to buy their own. These supplies will be delivered to schools in August before the start of school.

Your $50 contribution to Collect for Kids will provide school supplies for 5 students. Please help us make sure all students have what they need to be creative, and successful, in school. Thank you!
