Just a reminder that we are offering one final opportunity to pick-up student materials today between the hours of 2:00-6:00 p.m. You are welcome to come any time between those hours to gather student materials.
To assist us with this process, please write the teacher’s name and student last name/first name on a sheet of paper in large block letters. Place this sign in your dash.
When you arrive, pull up to the cafeteria, Door 2, and a staff member will be there to greet you. You will remain in your car, while a staff member will call in your student’s information, retrieve their belongings and place into your car. Please be ready to open your trunk or window for us to place materials into your car.
If you are unable to make this date/time, you are welcome to send a friend to pick-up your child's items. Following this event, any remaining student items will be discarded or donated.
Next week on June 9, between the hours of 12:00-4:00 p.m., you will be able to return any school items (i.e., library books, classroom library books, instruments, etc.). Additional details regarding this opportunity will be coming soon.
