BMP Dress Up Spirit Day

Bren Mar Park spirit continues to shine with Dress Up Day!

Message from the Admin Team

Dear BMP Families,

It was wonderful to see some students and families at Friday's K-2 laptop distribution.  I cannot thank the BMP staff who volunteered enough!  It seemed many students were excited to reconnect with our staff, and the feeling was mutual!  In addition, many thanks to the volunteers from Action Chapel who were with us and provided additional food in a weekend pack for families at our food distribution.

We look forward to seeing even more families for curbside pickup, at Friday's BMP item drop off and student item pick up.  Please start collecting guided reading and library books, as well as any other Bren Mar Park-owned items, to return on Friday.  More details are included below.

We look forward to seeing you soon!  Until then, please stay healthy and well.

Your Partners in Education,

Elizabeth Williams and Erin Lear

Health & Safety Guidelines for Pick Up of Student Items

Safety of our staff and community continues to be our priority!  We follow the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and the Fairfax County Health Department. For families who walk to drop off and pick up items, we ask that you adhere to the 6 feet of separation and we ask that, as a courtesy to others, a face mask is worn.

For in-person arrival, we also ask the following pre-screening health questions:

  • Do you have a cough or sore throat?
  • Have you had a fever in the last 3 days?
  • Do you have any shortness of breath?
  • Is anyone in your house ill with a fever or cough?
  • Have you had any contact with someone known to have or under investigation for Coronavirus in the last 14 days?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you will be rescheduled.
