Earlier this month Virginia celebrated Resilience Week. Resiliency is an important skill because it helps us adapt and bounce back from difficult experiences. To support students and families from afar, starting on Monday, June 1st, the HMS Student Services Team will be sending out daily emails (Monday-Saturday) to students with tips and ideas that promote self-care and help build resilience. Students will also be able to find an overview of Resiliency Week on their grade level Google classrooms. We encourage you and your families to share how you participate with us during Resiliency Week! |
