Wellness Wednesday May 13th

Wellness Wednesday

coping with COVID

The Dogwood counselors have created this google slide presentation to support kids who are coping with our current situation and to help ease any anxiety they may be feeling. The slides include a video on feelings from their counselors, an activity, and a reflection form. The counselors are also encouraging students to keep an everyday journal with prompts given in the lesson.
