Parent Input for Class Placement for

2020-2021 School Year

We are working on our plans for the 2020-21 school year and will be collecting parent input electronically.

Class placements are an essential component of learning and building community. If you have information that you would like us to consider as we determine placements, please take a few moments to answer the questions found here.

Principal Coffee Talks

Every Friday we will be offering a time for parents and guardians to come to a virtual coffee talk with Mrs. Hunstad, Mrs. Korb and some special guests. 

We will alternate the times on Fridays to accommodate different schedules. Please join us this Friday, May 15th at 10:00 a.m. for a Coffee Talk with special guest Dr. Brendan Menuey, Executive Principal for Region 2. 

We will be sending out links to join prior to our Coffee Talks.

Rising Kindergarten Registration/Orientation

Looking to register your kindergarten student at Fairhill ES for 2020-21? Will they turn five years old on or before September 30, 2020? 

Please begin the registration process by clicking this link and submitting the forms. 

We will be hosting a Virtual Kindergarten Orientation at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22ndA link to join the session will be emailed out to families who start the registration process in the link above.

Virtual Jaguar 5K

Since the FCHS 15th Annual Jaguar 5K and Kids 1 Mile Fun Run were postponed due to school closings/activity cancellations, the FCHS Student Activities Department is proud to be sponsoring a VIRTUAL Jaguar 5K and Kids 1 Mile Run (May 3-23, 2020).  Anyone/everyone can participate from anywhere! It’s  designed to be a fun, healthy, safe and FREE  event to keep our FCHS family and community connected!

 

Here are the details:

  • Participants run/walk  a 5K course (3.1miles) or 1 Mile (for kids 13 years old and younger) anywhere (neighborhood roads/sidewalk, trails or on a treadmill)! There are many apps that will track distances such as MapMyRun, NikeRunClub, or RunKeeper.
  • Complete the virtual run/walk between May 3- May 23.
  • Participants should send us the results (fcjaguar5K@gmail.com) and include first/last name, age, gender, race time, and a picture (if desired).
  • For the picture, if possible, wear an old FCHS Jaguar 5K shirt, or any FCHS shirt, or an FCHS FEEDER school shirt !
  • Everyone is invited to participate so please encourage family members, friends, and neighbors from near and far!
  • Participants will earn a certificate of completion.
  • ALL participants are expected to be safe, practice social distancing, and follow all local traffic /community laws when completing this virtual event.
