Are You Moving?: School Intention Form for the 2020-21 School Year

To be completed by rising K-6 students who will NOT be attending Crossfield ES next year.

Please complete the student Intention Form 2020-2021 if your student is transferring to:

  • Another FCPS school other than Crossfield ES
  • A private school in Virginia or out of Virginia
  • Another Virginia public school division outside FCPS
  • Another state public school outside of Virginia
  • Out of the United States

A typed parent/guardian name on the Parent Signature line is acceptable.  Student ID Number may be left blank.  Save the completed form, attach it to an email and send to our registrar, Kathy Theis, at Please contact Mrs. Theis if you have any questions.

Kindergarten Registration

If you have a rising kindergartener who needs to be registered for the 2020-2021 school year, please contact our registrar, Kathy Theis, at and she will get back to you with all the details on how our registration process has changed.

Many of you have been asking if/when we will be rescheduling Kindergarten Orientation and screening meetings. At this time we are unable to schedule any events, but we will let you know as soon as things change.
