Dear Parents/Guardians,
We apologize for the challenges presented by Blackboard 24/7 this morning. We received notification from the division that Blackboard 24-7 is experiencing some technical issues with log-ins. We have been assured that Blackboard is actively working to fix it. It may take several attempts to log into 24-7 but once you are able to get into the system, Blackboard Collaborate appears to be functioning properly.
If your student was not able to participate in this morning’s direct instruction with the teacher, we certainly understand. Students may continue to engage in asynchronous learning opportunities available through google classroom, teacher planned activities, pre-recorded videos, learning packets, and Channel 21 programming.
Thank you for your patience and understand this morning. Our staff worked hard to have things ready for students today and they appreciate your flexibility!
