Collaborate Links
All links for synchronous Collaborate sessions have moved inside the Blackboard FCPS 24-7 platform to enhance student safety and security.
- Students will use their username and password to login to Blackboard FCPS 24/7 and click on their grade level course. Parents do not have their own access to the Blackboard Collaborate Tool.
- Once in their grade level course, students click on the “Collaborate” tab on the left side of the course to find the correct link.
- Here is also a helpful video reviewing these login steps.
Specials Classes
The Specialist team is very excited to hit the ground running this week! All specialists will be providing office hours as well as lessons and/or activities every week that your students can access through our Specials Google Site.
Students must use their username@fcpsschools.net email address to access the content on this site. The link will be on the specialist Blackboard FCPS 24/7 page as well as on each grade levels Google Classroom. Please view this Specials Video Tutorial if you need support in accessing our page. Once your student(s) have accessed the site you might want to consider having them add it as one of their “favorites” tabs. Distance Learning YouTube Channel
Math and Language Arts Distance Learning Lessons broadcast on Apple 21 can now be accessed by teachers and students on demand. To view, go to Fairfax County Public Schools Distance Learning on YouTube and subscribe. Playlists are arranged by grade level (for math) and content (for language arts).
Content can also be accessed on the FCPS Apple 21 cable television channel and is streaming at https://www.fcps.edu/news-features-and-events/cable-tv/cable-tv-guide.
