Dear Westbriar Families,
Please read below a reminder from our SBTS, Mr. Adam Strawn about the parent FAQ/training scheduled for this evening at 8pm. There is a 250 person limit on the session so if you cannot get in, we will have the session recorded and posted for parents to review. We are all looking forward to kicking off Distance Learning on Tuesday, April 14th.

Hi Westbriar parents,
First, I’m very sorry this session is scheduled on an evening where some families already have other engagements or religious observances. Tonight was chosen because it is the last weekday after a week of teachers practicing tech tool with their classes and I could not offer sessions from April 4-13. This session will be recorded and posted in Blackboard under Westbriar Specials 19-20 in Technology. I will also host another session on Tuesday, April 14th @ 8 pm using the same session link to address questions from the first day of learning.
That being said, if you are free and would like guidance, please join me in Collaborate Ultra starting at 8 pm tonight. The link is at the bottom of this message. First I will teach some general troubleshoot tips shortly after we begin. We will practice using Collaborate Ultra which is one of our main tools in distance learning. We will also address other outstanding questions, comments, and concerns. Participant audio will be off for most of the session because of the large number of users, but the Chat feature will be available all evening.
