Poplar Tree Families,
Good afternoon! As we shared in the Paw Print earlier, our staff has been thinking about all of you and we miss you! We encourage you to continue to implement safe social/physical distancing practices.
As we prepare for Distance Learning to begin on April 14, we need some information from parents.
Grade K-2 Parents: Please complete this form and indicate if you have a device at home that your child can use (laptop, desktop, iPad, etc.) to assist teachers in planning for instruction. FCPS is not providing devices for K-2 students at this time.
Grades 3-6 Parents: Please complete this form if your child left an essential item (Grades 3-6 laptop or charger or Grades 4-6 strings or band instrument) at Poplar Tree that he/she needs to continue their distance learning. A Poplar Tree staff member will contact you to arrange a time for you to pick up the essential items listed above. The pickup times will be on Tuesday, March 31.
We are taking the health of our families and staff very seriously and following CDC guidelines which include social/physical distancing and no gatherings greater than 10. We are emphasizing that the only family members permitted at the building to pick up an instrument or laptop will be by appointment only. Pick up for other personal items will be for another time. Thank you for understanding.
