Poplar Tree Families and Students.
These are truly unprecedented times and I am so sorry that I am not able to say goodbye in person.
As you may or may not have heard, I have been named the new principal of Floris Elementary School. I am so excited to enter the next chapter of my story as the Principal of Floris, and it is also difficult to leave the amazing staff, awesome students and outstanding families here at Poplar Tree.
Please know that Poplar Tree will always hold a special place in my heart. I feel very blessed to have been the Assistant Principal at Poplar Tree for these last years and am so proud to have worked with the Poplar Tree staff and community to allow our students to achieve and succeed in so many ways.
As a principal, I will take with me all the moments that have helped me grow from the amazing work we do together at Poplar Tree. To quote Walt Disney, "It's not the days in life we remember, rather the moments."
My time at Poplar Tree has left an impression on me and is a chapter in my story that has touched me deeply. Amazing Things Happen at Poplar Tree and I know they will continue to happen in the future.
