Your Health Matters!!

With everything going on around us today, it is so important that we take care of ourselves.  Last week, it was discussed how to physically take care of yourself.  How do you take care of your mood?  Focusing on the positive can help in numerous ways.  It is easy to get caught up in a negative way of thinking, fear or worry.  What does that do to your mood?  It produces anxiety, depression, confusion, difficulty concentrating, illnesses and problems in relationships to name a few symptoms.  So, this week, we are spending time “Ditching the negative self talk”.  Focus on what you are grateful for!!!  How can you turn your negative thoughts into hopeful thoughts??
