Supporting Students in a Digital World Parent Night: Bridging Technology Use from School to Home

Herndon High School is working towards Common Sense Recognition for Digital Citizenship.  One of our efforts for achieving recognition was to interview parents, staff, and staff about their beliefs and practices in digital technology and resources.  A common theme that arose in our interviews was that some parents were hoping that schools provided more guidance on technology use.  As a result, we are hosting a Digital Citizenship Family Night on March 5 and are inviting all parents to attend.
