The United States Environmental Protection Agency awarded Oak Hill their Energy Star Award. To qualify for this award, our school had to use 35 percent less energy and generate 35 percent fewer greenhouse gas emissions than similar buildings across the nation. We have proudly displayed our certification decal at our front entrance.

The Department of Information Technology is sponsoring the annual SpeakUp survey on digital technology. All parents, students, teachers, and administrators are invited to participate in this national survey. The SpeakUp survey helps us gauge how technology is being used to support learning and identify areas of success and challenge. We can also see how FCPS compares to other school districts via the national results of this survey. Please consider taking this survey by visiting here and selecting your school from the dropdown menu. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and will be available until February 21. The survey is voluntary and anonymous. We hope you will make your voice heard and help us with planning for technology in the future. For more information about the survey, please visit here. Thank you for your help!
