Glasgow Community, 

It is with mixed emotions that I am writing to share the news about an upcoming leadership transition at Glasgow. After five of the most exciting and rewarding years of my career, I will be leaving Glasgow at the end of this week to become the Principal at Annandale High School. 

In reflecting back over the past five years, I am proud of the many accomplishments our students and staff have achieved together. Glasgow is a school that is deeply committed to quality classroom instruction, meaningful relationships with students and rich opportunities beyond the classroom. With your support and partnership, we have achieved incredible outcomes for students and I know that the best is yet to come for Glasgow. 

While I am very sad to be leaving Glasgow, I do so with great confidence knowing that there is an experienced and knowledgeable leadership team in place to support the transition. I am confident that the Region leadership will identify a leader who will maintain momentum while directing Glasgow’s continued growth and innovation in the future. Most importantly, our staff has created a shared vision for Glasgow’s commitment to our students and families that will continue to drive our next steps as a school. 

The Glasgow community is a special place (just look at the photos below) and I am grateful for the honor of serving as your Principal. I will miss the students and families, and look forward to hearing about the many exciting things yet to come from the Glasgow community.
