Happy New Year Wolverines!

I hope that everyone entered the new year with happiness, health and love. I enjoyed the holiday with my family and feel energized for the second half of the year.

We often have so much to be proud of with our students, teachers and programs.  Please take a few minutes to look at the FOX5 News link below highlighting our amazing students in our TV production program.

The West Potomac Family is GROWING as we are experiencing a baby boom in our staff family. We have eight teachers who are having or have just had babies this school year.  We have been very fortunate to secure licensed and reliable long term subs for each of these positions.  Please congratulate Ms. Ashton and Ms. Hedenberg who will be going out in the spring, Ms. Romeo and Ms. Kim who are out now, Ms. Boutilier who will be out in February, Mr. Walter any day now and welcome back Ms. Davis (Mr. Bishop) who has been out since last quarter.

Martin Luther King Day of Service:

Because of our strong military connection and our joy of doing good in the world, Region 3 schools are partnering with America's Adopt A Soldier for a day of service on Monday, January 20, 2020!

We will be creating care packages and you can support by either providing donations from the attached list and or attending the day to put together the packages.  Please see the information below.  If you would like to drop off donations you can bring them to our main office by Friday Jan. 17th or you can bring the items to Hayfield on the day of service.
