Your Health Matters

Last week, we talked about taking care of your body during stressful times.  Does this season of the year, make you feel stressful?  Whether it be the holidays, darkness, cold weather, less sunshine or not being able to get outside as much, these can all be stressors on your mind and body.

Have you been able to identify any triggers for your feeling of stress?  Are you feeling overwhelmed?  Are small seemingly simple tasks difficult to accomplish?  Are you feeling emotional?  Have you had a change in your exercise or eating patterns?

Last week, we focused on your body.  This week, focus on your mind.  They both are connected and both will benefit when you take care of one.
