Message from the Principal

Langley HS

Greetings Saxons,

During this season of reflection, we have much for which to be thankful. Saxons continue to excel academically. Additionally, they bring the same high level of excellence and dedication to their extracurricular pursuits.

Our field hockey team won the Virginia High School League state championship on Saturday! We are so proud of the team and Coach Robinson. Thanks to the parents, students and staff members who braved the windy, chilly weather to cheer on the team.

December 5-8, Saxon Stage will present Romeo and Juliet. Be sure to come out to support our thespians. The production is a fresh twist on the classic. Break a leg, crew and cast!

Congratulations to senior Maddy Rubin. Her review of the Oakton theatre play Men On Boats has been forwarded to the Cappies News.

Congratulations to Bella Holloman, Maddie McGaughey, Mikayla Schoff and Aly Trumbull in being named All State in Field Hockey.

Way to go, Saxons!

I sincerely wish each of you a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. Over the break, may you be able to find time to relax and reconnect with family and friends.
