For the next two weeks, the Positivity Project element that will be taught is "Gratitude" as we approach the Thanksgiving Holiday. The students will begin learning about being aware of and thankful for the good things that happen in our lives. #otherpeoplematter |
REMINDER: If you have not returned your Federal Impact Aid form to the school, please contact the office for another copy. Each student must turn one in even if the parent/guardian does not work on federal property. If sections 1 and 2 of the survey do not apply to you, just check the box in Section 3, sign, date, and return the survey to school.
Returning this form is important because information from this survey results in an additional $3 million in grants each year from the U.S. Department of Education. These funds are used to support all Fairfax County public schools and centers.
All results are CONFIDENTIAL.

Science Night is coming! Activities will include: Aeronautical Engineer; Biomimicry; Medieval Mayhem; and Finding Fossils. Come out on Tuesday, November 19th from 6-7:30 pm in the school gym. |
The Lake Anne Lost and Found is overflowing! Please take a moment to check it out the next time you are at school. It's located next to the cafeteria. Any items that are still left on November 26th will be donated to a local charity. Thank you. Also please remember to put your students name on their clothing, lunchboxes, backpacks, etc as all items with a name can easily be returned to the student
