To submit a nomination to honor a Clermont ES Outstanding Employee in one of the categories below, please complete the nomination through this Google form link: https://tinyurl.com/yytgenfj. You may nominate an employee in one or more categories. All that is required for a preliminary nomination is a paragraph or two about how this employee demonstrates exceptional work in the criteria for that category. The google form link has more information regarding the criteria for each of these awards and the eligibility requirements are listed below.
Outstanding Teacher – a teacher or librarian who has been teaching for three or more years in their field, including our specialists (art, music, advanced academics, literacy coach, PE, etc).
Outstanding New Teacher – a teacher, librarian or specialist (art, music, advanced academics, PE, etc), that is within the first three years of their teaching career
Outstanding Principal – a current principal who has completed at least three full years as a principal
Outstanding Leader – a Schedule-C employee with at least one year of experience in the position – Assistant Principal
Outstanding Professional Employee – a Schedule-B employee with at least one year of employment with FCPS – these positions could include School Counselor, School-Based Technology Specialists, Technology Support Specialist ,Psychologist, Social Worker
Outstanding Operational Employee – a Schedule-A, Schedule-H, or Classroom Instructional Support employee with at least one year of experience in the position - these positions could include Administrative and Office Staff, Custodial Staff, Food Service Staff, Instructional Assistants, Parent Liaisons
Note: The deadline to submit a nomination is November 13, 2019.
