Monday, October 21st you should have received the Student-Parent Survey for Federal Impact Aid requesting confidential information regarding your child’s federal connection. By thoroughly completing and promptly returning this brief survey, you contribute to your child’s school funding. If sections 1 and 2 of the survey do not apply to you, just check the box in Section 3, sign, date, and return the form. A form should be completed for every student.
The deadline for returning the Federal Impact Aid form is this Wednesday, October 30th.
