School-Wide Game Time!

Congratulations to ALL our students who helped us reach our recent goal by demonstrating positive behavior. Lees Corner will celebrate this accomplishment with a school-wide game time scheduled for Wednesday, October 30th at 2:30. Students are welcome to bring in non-electronic games to play with their classmates. We look forward to celebrating with this event!

Federal Impact Aid Forms

Have you completed your child’s Federal Impact Aid form?

FCPS is asking all families to fill out a Student-Parent Survey for Federal Impact Aid. Funds received from this survey are used to support all Fairfax County public schools and centers – about $3 million! The forms were sent home last Wednesday. If sections 1 and 2 of the survey do not apply to you, just check the box in Section 3.  All forms must be signed, dated, and returned by October 30th. All results are CONFIDENTIAL.

Fun Fit Friday Dropoff Reminder

We are so happy that so many students and families are participating in Fun Fit Fridays! If you haven't joined us yet, we welcome you to join us.

If you are dropping off your child(ren) for F3, please drop them off at Kiss and Ride so they may use the sidewalk to get to the track. Dropping students off across the street or in the parking lot is a safety concern. Also, please do not park in the front parking lot as buses need to be able to enter and drop off students during arrival.

Veterans Day

If you have family members who are active duty military or veterans, we invite you to send in pictures of them. Pictures will be used to create a display in our lobby to honor those who have served our country in the military. If you have any questions, please email 3rd grade teacher Amelie Krikorian at alkrikorian@fcps.edu
